Road Accidents Involving Cyclists
A road accident injury compensation claim can be presented if a cyclist is involved in an accident where a motor vehicle driver is at fault in full or even partially. This may be brought against the offending party's CTP Insurer, all motor vehicles are required by law to hold a current CTP insurance policy.
